- Review queries from branches of the agency and ensure that solutions are obtained by discussing with concerned bodies
- Ensure that branches obtain the necessary technical and administrative support
- Maintain institutional data on the performance of branches and present issues of branches to higher officials for solutions.
- In collaboration with other sections, conduct supportive supervision and ensure that corrective measures are taken on gaps identified during the supportive supervision.
- Support the distribution of health insurance directives and manuals to branches and ensure the correct implementation of the same.
- Assist the establishment of different organs within the branches and coordinate the functionality of the organs
- Conduct supportive supervisions to make the health insurance system effective.
- Coordinate and support the establishment of strong monitoring and evaluation systems at branch levels
