Services delivered by Branch Coordination Directorate

  1. Review queries from branches of the agency and ensure that solutions are obtained by discussing with concerned bodies
  2. Ensure that branches obtain the necessary technical and administrative support
  3. Maintain institutional data on the performance of branches and present issues of branches to higher officials for solutions.
  4. In collaboration with other sections, conduct supportive supervision and ensure that corrective measures are taken on gaps identified during the supportive supervision.
  5. Support the distribution of health insurance directives and manuals to branches and ensure the correct implementation of the same.
  6. Assist the establishment of different organs within the branches and coordinate the functionality of the organs
  7. Conduct supportive supervisions to make the health insurance system effective.
  8. Coordinate and support the establishment of strong monitoring and evaluation systems at branch levels
