Services delivered by Legal Affairs Directorate

1. Draft regulations and directives; investigate and ensure whether  these are  in line with other government regulations and directives
2. Prepare draft regulations and directives that contribute for increasing enrolment coverage in health insurance
3. Ensure availability of implementation manuals for the sections within the directorate, and follow up amendment as deemed necessary
4. Produce contract agreement template documents of the agency
5. On behalf of the agency sue, give response and follow up court cases in general
6. Provide advice and opinion on legal issues to all directorates and branches of the agency
7. Provide advice to the general director regarding legal issues
